★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very congested marriage hall. The ground floor is particularly bad. The 2nd floor is spacious. The hall lacks basic amenities like AC. Fire fighting and safety arrangements are also below par. The staircase to second floor is narrow. Bathrooms are improperly located in ground floor. The rents are reasonable.
