★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Very rude behaviour as if they are not bothered of customer at all. Took misadvantage of Lockdown whereas we gave to make a ring before lockdown in March 2020. Now they say in Jan 2021 its still not ready and new rates will apply which was not communicated when we visited in August 2020. Will never recommend anyone. ZERO Star from my side. SUPER BAD BEHAVIOR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the shop today -15/02/2022 was greeted by very disinterested staff. Not only was the salesperson not interested in selling the necklace, he was quiet rude. When I requested to meet the manager of the store , he said that there was no manager ,and I need to speak to him only. I have been visiting the store since my childhood with my parents and trust their quality .But the moto of the sales team in the store seems to be "Drive away customers". I am not sure if the owners/management are aware of the behavior of their sales team, it would be advisable for them to train their staff on how to be courteous to customers.
