★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manak Store (previously Navkar Store) is located in Block A (15A-3/26) of Krishna Nagar opposite Mahrason Jewellers in Kapoor Plaza. Those who are not familiar with Krishna Nagar, it may not be an easy task to reach this shop which has got specialised in Rajasthani items such as Sardar Sahar papad, tikria, biscuit, rajasthan namkin-mixture, chooran, achhar, moongodi and host of other Rajasthani day-to-day use items at reasonable rates. For example, Sardar Sahar papad can be bought at Rs. 140/- to 160/- per kg. Manik Store used to get its stuff from Rajasthan regularly. Shop is small and it has got a store just in front. Shop Owner is ready to share details of items being sold.
Nirman Vihar is the nearest Metro Station from where it is located about 3 km. Auto may demand Rs. 60 to 80 per trip. Or one may take Bus No 39 from Nirman Vihar Metro Station and get down at the last stop, take e-rishkha @Rs.10/- and reach shop. Roads on the way are broken, crowded and entire area is full of dirt.
