★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with this store, placed an order where I mentioned I want it in a particular style but the made is on their own choice and informed me this is the best they could do, she purchase the gold as I did not have any option when I requested for a carry bag they mentioned they do not have bags. Very strange which goldsmith dsnt give carry bags ?? Are you supposed to carry the gold in your hand once purchased ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there and don't buy any gold thing from there. I will never ever buy from this cheaters.... They will show you hallmark and everything and will promos that diamonds will be never removed from rings... Warrantee and all but when u wear diamond rings.. Diamond will get removed within month and after taking to them they will charge you extra money.... Like this we have done this 5 times... Yes...5 times.... And everytime I have paid some amount to repair it. Here the manager will talk to you nicely but have a devil mindset to cheat.

First things first. The security will check your temperature and will santise your hand before entering. Mask should be on. Social distancing measures are taken care off. The staffs are humble and do take an effort to understand your needs. We very given a good exchange rate for gold. Unfortunately the UPI SCANNER wasn't working. But the guy was kind enough to not charge us extra as we paid via card. Overall experience was good. Would be visiting them again .

The customer service in the store is very good and very helpful. The staff serves you with lot of patience and doesn't rush things on you. The owner are very ethical and gives you confidence of purity.
The design of the jewellery are very classy. The store gives lot of options in all ranges. I have never came out of the store disappointed.
