★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locality wise location of the housing society is good, accessible to all stores, hospitals, temples. They do celebrate festivals and all, but not involves tenants much. Some time water scarcity problem. And main problem of the society is inside society local dogs are there, whole night they bark. And specially B1 building no maintenace of parking lot and all, dogs damage ur vehicles make scratch on ur vehicles, sitting on vehicle, food on ur vehicle. And in this are n number of local dogs if u r sensitive sleeper den u can't sleep peacefully.

They have a dedicated team of Housekeepers to clean the public area and for garbage disposal.
Flats are spacious but you might face water shortage/no water problems during summer because the only water supply system is through PCMC. Not many big stores, supermarkets nearby though there are restaurants, essential commodiity shops nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is good but there is no manners and atticates. The playing area which is meant for kids is not for kids. Adults are playing volleyball and if anyone gets hurt no one is taking responsibility. Worst way of talking. Rowdy boys those don't have respect at all.
