★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has got spacious flats like nowhere else, it was Mr Wadhwani's first construction, so he delivered more than expected. People who bought flats in this society are lucky ones as they got it for peanuts, like 750 sq.ft 2BHK flat for just 4-6 lakhs back then. And some even bought 1BHK for 3-3.5 lakhs. Every 2 BHK flat has got a balcony as big as master bedroom of current new projects. Build quality is superb as I've seen electricians getting tired while drilling in walls for electric work in flats. It's a 5 storey society equipped with elevator. Clean and neat place.
