★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful colony with gated security and fantastic row houses. It gives you a feel of being at an authentic country side area, with in-society Grocery/Pharmaceutical store. It very clean and well maintained. Restaurants and other stores are a bit farther.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emerald Park is very nice and peaceful housing society.. It is within Park Street. The society is has school, bus stop, etc, all at hand's reach.. People as well as all amenities inside this series of bungalows, are very nice. People living in this society are also very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you have all the documents cleared such as police verification, rent agreement, etc before moving here. Transportation or shifting of luggage is strictly not permitted after 7 pm. Rest it is the best place to stay in Wakad. Nice ambience. And emerald park is much better as compared to other societies in park Street. Row houses are spacious here and it's most secure society in wakad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently living here since 2 months and i am loving it. If you are single or couples this society is really cool. Place is secured with basic amenities available in the society itself and location is very convenient.
I stay at park street and like wise there are 3 to 4 societies with different names such as ruby, diamond, etc. Rent for single occupancy ranges between 5k to 10k (furnished) depending on the society you stay. Hariyali bhi bahot hain yaha, hope you understand???
