1) electricity issue. Every day anytime for 2 hrs, no electricity.
2) The transportation problem. Only one root bus is available ( Bus no : 324). It scheduled after 30-45 minutes. But sometimes after 10 minutes bus cames and for one hr there is no bus..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is good to livr even after being old. But have some minor problems, e.g. sometimes water etc. Also we can see floor tiles repairing through out the year either in any apartment or common area.
Rest all is good enough to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated on the main road, it has accessibility to every shop you can think of. City 2 specifically has no electricity and water supply issues. 24 hours water supply (Drinking water as well - which is rare in wakad). With some rare electricity cuts(Lifts work even if there is no electricity), this place is good for families as well as bachelors. Though Amenities such as Pool/Gym are of no use, however the Ganpati temple is pleasant enough!
