★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is nearby From pharmacy or vegetable shop or chicken shop or grocery. Problem here is with water and no lift. Old construction, Bugs can be a problem. Small temple inside the compound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old Society near to Kalewadi fata and Wakad Datta Mandir beside Sanskruti Society, Kaspate Wasti, Wakad. Old society so there are few issue with water storage, cleaning, housekeeping, security & maintainance. 5 to 6 buildings each of 4 floors tall, no lift available. But still it is quiet safe and peaceful environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lift ..no security.sometime water problem..resident people are good but some owners are very greedy..expect rent same as big societies and blame new tenants for all old damages done by earlier tenants...dont overpay and careful before renting a place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here since 2014. But from two year it is become to hard to stay here. Their are no water for rented family. And day by day water issue is huge. If you have enough time to take water from ground floor to your rented floor, than it is best place for you , and water timing is 2pm to 5pm. Enjoy you life here.
