One of the best housing societies of Pune situated at a prime location having many shopping complexes/malls, cinema, fine dining, schools, hospitals and many more in proximity. Inside: multiple parks/greenery & lot of open space, play areas for kids, tennis court, temple, school bus stop inside, piped cooking gas supplied by MNGL, power backup for lifts & common areas and 24x7 security. There are events/celebrations during festival season (Diwali, Holi, Ganapati etc). Society has won award for Swatch Bharat Abhiyan. A great place to live.

It has play area for the children, a reading area, gym, and very good common amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roseland residency is an excellent and well maintained residential society. I have been to many societies but none is like roseland. It has won several distinct awards for various causes. Has a of parks inside where you dan find kids playing all the time. The temple inside society is awesome.
Every festival is celebrated here with open heart. The management is prompt and very responsive.
The street outside Roseland has all different types of shops, clinics and restaurants. The school buses of different schools comes inside society (there is, dedicated school bus stop inside) to pick and drop students.
Overall its an awesome place to live.
