Overall good experience, transparency in process.
However there are some small issues but CRM and engineering team is working on same to fix them.Thanks to Yashada & Vivanta group for this project.

They have unique, spacious, vastu compliant layouts and prime location of pimple Saudagar. I liked this project because of all of the above points. Also they have a very good team - Sales team of Yogesh Keswani Ji gives good overview of project, helps in making you right decision. Payments team of Atul helps you get good interest rate and payment structure.Client Relation team of Neeta mam and Rohan resolves all your movement queries, whenever you call them they will always respond you on time. Overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited vedika project bcoz we were impressed by other projects like Triose by the builder. Our experience was good from the time of site visit till possession. Mr. Yogesh Keswani was very helpful , polite n solved all our queries. We are happy by the quality of construction....Our only dissatisfaction is the corridor which could have been much better then the present one... hopefully their team will look into this for future projects.. Best wishes.

Mr. Atul helped for timely updates in payment structures & demand letters.
We are expecting similar support in future if needs.
Slightly disappointed with the response and number of follow-ups I had to do with CRM team, better late than never.
One thing I would like to mention, please do not approach to Mr. Santosh Darekar for loan process, he took extra charges & now not responding calls & messages (since Nov 2019).
Overall, the experience is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project location is excellent. We have very good experience with the builder Yashada Realty and its staff members. Good quality materials like sanitary fittings, windows etc are used. We are very delighted to have our dream home in Vivanta Life Vedika project. The builder is very cooperative and pays attention to our change request.
We specially want to thank Rohidas sir, Neeta mam (CRM), Rohan sir (CRM), Yogesh Keswani sir (Sales) and Atul sir (Finance) in providing timely support. We are expecting similar support in future if needs.
After visiting many projects nearby, we finalize this project because of its decent architecture, which we didn't found anywhere else.
Overall, the experience is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are good and the location is great. The team is responsive and they did a great job in completing the work amidst the pandemic. Sales & CRM provides a good overview.
Slightly disappointed with the response and number of follow-ups I had to do with few changes that I had requested for. But overall it has been a good experience so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project location is a prime location. The construction quality is far better than the other projects which we observed while seeking new house. The accounts staff helped us a lot. Also the CRM team were helpful.
I’m slightly disappointed with the response and number of follow-ups I had to take with CRM team with few changes that I had requested for. But at the end, the changes implemented were satisfactory and of higher quality.
