★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being part of working committee, I can certainly say with knowing many details, this building is better place to live. Safe, well managed, without many conflicts. There are ways to socialize with members such as Sunday cricket, Saturday Yoga, Evening Kids play, late night standing chats, celebrations like Ganesh festival, New year.
I am sure, with number of passing years, this place will prove to be one of the landmark for better living. Fingers crossed!
Now that this building has converted into co-operative housing society.

There is a club house and a play area for children A temple is also under consideration. Balcony is spacious. The kitchen has trolleys provided by builder and has two long platforms opposite to each other making it spacious. Windows have provision for sliding net Video camera is provided at the entrance door. An inverter is also provided The society also has solar water heater .
