★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this after 1 year of possession. Bought my first home here considering nearby places like shops, bank, schools etc. But the reality is different. Construction quality of flats is very poor. There is seepage problem through walls. Amanaties are not that great as shown during first visit. Builder and people staying in society are under dispute on maintenance. Very bad experience. Do not go for it.i repeat Do not go for it. Look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is very unprofessional. In 3 years only phase 1 houses are facing leakage problem in houses and termite problem on main door. He will ask you to pay property tax on his behalf giving false promise to repay and then not pay you money back. He has installed faulty machines in the gym. He has not closed garbage chutes due to which there are rats coming in the houses. He will blackmail you to pay maintenance and give you no maintenance service. All maintenance staff including the accounting staff is rude .Beware of catchy offers displayed on sales office and think twice before buying.
Don't go by false reviews shown with photos those are all from sales staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit 2, 3rd Sept 2021 - Changing the review to 1 star since the Builder is up to his old antics again. He has increased the maintenance amount by 30% giving just 7 days notice. And when people ask to meet him to discuss, he first lies that there has been a death in his family and he cannot meet. And then outright refuses to meet anyone and starts shutting off water supply to the buildings and electricity in the common areas.
He is not ready to show where/ what has caused the increase in maintenance. He knows since his construction is going on he is using water from the same sources so doesn't want to show/ give any details.
Pathetic guy, Pathetic way of working.
Edit 1 - Changing the review to 4 stars since the Builder has now handed over the amenities. The gym and the indoor games area has been handed over and people are finally able to enjoy the amenities.
I moved to this society in July 2018 (almost 1.5 years). Location wise the society is located in a good developed area and the people in the society are good too. However there are other major issues and some of them are as listed below -
1. No access to common amenities like gym, indoor games, etc till now even after the builder has collected advance maintenance charges for 2 years.
2. There were major issues with parking which were resolved after a lot of follow up. There is no plan for visitor parking which would be big issue in near future.
3. Security boom barrier are not functional. Security agency contracted is very very poor that allows entry/exit to anyone/ everyone without any checks.
5. Garbage chutes are not covered and non-functional.
6. Don't know for sure if the Rain water harvesting is functional. The builder claims it is but the we have seen broken/ clogged pipes etc which we have brought to his notice.
Builder is well aware of these issues and we have been highlighting these since long but there are no improvements. If anything is being done, it is at a snail's pace. And the builder is very arrogant and rude whenever we go in for discussions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic builder in pimple Saudagar. If you planning to buy your dream home in any of SSD Builder please think twice before buying.
There are sipage issues in flats within couple of years, bathroom fittings provide in flats are faulty and of sub standards. Now we have to pay from our own pockets to replace those faulty products.
When it comes to maintaining society, builder is next to goon. Won't provide any resolution to problem raised related to maintenance issue but will stop all services if maintenance amount is delayed by single day.
Think before you put your life savings in SSD builder's hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely built society with all the amenities like swimming pool, club house, play area, parking. Local shops are outside the society. Schools and hospitality is on walking distance. Guards are polite and helpful. Some part of the society is under construction so there is noise in the morning. School and office buses stop nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE & cheater builder willing to go to any extend to fool people.. i pray this builder suffers like he make us suffer. he is doing day light robbery and all his marketing and engineers are rude same like builder. Location of this society is very good as everything near by. But people living inside are making too much noises and some rotten people insisde think they own the whole society. please make this builder suffer god he is biggest scum bag of all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended if you enjoy peaceful evening and night. Too noisy, specially garden facing apartments. Also most of the amenities are useless. There is always some construction and drilling going on making work from home a drastic experience. Only choose this place if you like noisy days and very disturbing whistling by guards throughout night.
