Asked staff for a particular syrup medicine, they didn't have stock and said would get it from their city branch after checking in their system.
Followed up next day on call. Staff said please call next day 'to remind'.
I called the 3rd day in the morning and went to the shop in the evening. But the same staff of day 1 said it's actually not there at any branch. He was prompted by his colleague that they can get it, but staff 1 denied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop does attract a lot of customers, and with that, more chances of an infection. But still, not one person inside the shop (staff + customers) is cognizant of things like wearing a mask, gloves or keeping any sort of social distancing. Staff wears mask below the nose, never wear gloves and never keep any form of control on either the number of people entering the shop, or the COVID-19 protocols. Worst part is that there is not even a temperature check of customers.
The staff doesn't know spellings of basic words like "ultra". I was trying to buy a medicine that had a name starting with the word "ultra". The staff member just couldn't get the name right. They don't know how to have any kind of customer / queue management in days of COVID-19, and you will often find yourself surrounded with a lot of other people standing close to you, without any sort of mask / gloves / distancing.
Enter at your own risk and only if this is the last option you have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience. Had there been an option to give 0 star I would have opted that
I stay alone and needed a medicine deliveries at home I called them 4 times in two.months for various medicines. And always either the medicines are unavailable or the staff isn't available for delivery or they send some wrong parcel or they just keep you waiting for whole and at the end of the day they say there is no staff yet.
Highly frustrated with this outlet.
Worst experience. !!
I would suggest to prefer other medicals around in the lane..!! But never opt this one..!!
