★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service, AC is not working. 2 hours of delay. Bus change at 12 am in mid night. No one accountable, no one from Manish travels pick up your phone for help you out. Driver is rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I boarded the bus from Rajkot GJ03BW0073 on 10th March 2019 at 4:30pm . The service is very pathetic . The RedBus app gives 4.6ratings which is absolutely wrong. I feel like giving them half star. The driver and the cleaner stopped bus 30 times almost to take the roadside passengers. The bus is supposed to reach Wakad by 10:30am on 11th March but it is 12:30 pm and we haven't reached Lonavala also....
Please don't take this travels they are horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a sleeper seat from Rajkot till Mumbai and in middle if the journey the bus broke down. After that these Manish Travel's driver stopped another bus and the bus which they stopped was such a pathetic bus which was coming from Rajasthan. I had booked a AC sleeper and they gave me Non AC seating. And after that we reached at the Maharashtra border this Surbhi Travels of Rajasthan took their own sweet time to clear the papers. Trust me it's one of the worst journey in my life. Manish Travel's did not do anything. They were very muh unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus got delayed by more then 4 hours and when I contacted them to ask about situation, reply was "bus is in the repair and we don't know how much time it will take. We will inform you if bus get repair." They didn't even refunded money. This travel company just to eat money, they don't do business.
