★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very decent hotel in recent times that I visited in Rajamundry. Rooms are neat and clean and it's centrally located, spread across good space of land. Good staff but need some more help and training to keep them upto the mark in comparison with staffs from other 4 or 5 star facility. Breakfast was good. Over all good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are family. Rooms are good. Check in and check out is excellent. I will give a star for Sai Krishna from front office. He has exceptional customer service skills. Food is ok. We had dinner and breakfast. Hotel is very well maintained. I am going to stay again with family in June

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival, checked if we could use the swimming pool since my little one was excited about swimming here, that was the only reason why she was okay for this room. “Swimming pool is being constructed and not ready” was the answer. Then I thought I need to find something else to spend time.
Requested for a second key for two guests we could roam around and use gym etc or even go out, the manager said "if you lose key you have to pay ₹750", then I was like that's okay I will pay if I lose. Then the manager said "we can't provide two keys since as per their policy". Then I requested him to point me to the policy where it's mentioned so. The manager started arguing; I understand what kind of staff they have and I tried to end the dialogue requesting them to usher us to the room.
Hospitality is a far cry, they even don't know how to respect fellow humans. Probably they don’t care about customers.
Avoid.
Update: A guest entered our lift carelessly without a mask. A few more guests roaming in the common areas of the building AND in the tiny lifts. No enforcement nor notices in the lifts to urge lift users to wear masks.
Update: In the morning while I was checking out, I heard some staff yelling at each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly built place, maintenance is top notch. Service is quite a bit lacking for a hotel that claims to be a 5 star. The restaurant food was average for the price. Will still recommended the hotel for anyone looking to stay in Rajahmundry.
