★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed after renovation. Now rooms are neat and comfortable. Facilities like AC, cable TV are there now. Rest room is ok. Room service needs professioneel touch. One or two persons are looking after everything. These staff personeel needs training on hospatality. Wi-Fi facility is not available. Advantage is very near to market and godavari river and temples on its bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place ,and accommodation is good and maintenance is great and staff is also good and very effective and works great and they will be at our door step when ever we need them and it's get a feel that we are in the 3star hotel and parking is also there and beds are also comfortable. And prices are also reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay in kovvur. It is in main road, very near to tiffin hotels.
Rooms are clean and neat, receptionist is polite and giving good service. I suggest this residency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very untidy room. Water leakage in bathroom. No sign of proper cleaning of room and bathroom. No parking facility. I checked in at 11pm and checked out next morning at 6:30am, and was charged 1100 for that. Completely unworthy of the money.
With all that bad experience, I still appreciate them cooperating for my late check-in, especially in a town that sleeps around 9pm.
Towels were clean and fresh.
Still overall 1 star. Wishing them to get better.
