Pros:
1) affordable rates
2) fresh air because it is located adjacent to Drdo phase 2 compound
Cons:
1) there all be some noise disturbance as it is located beside the railway track
2) there will be lot of traffic jam whenever the railway gate is closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this apartment recently as my brother shifted here. Society is good, security is good. One bad thing is that there is no shops nearby we have to cross the railway gate to see any shops
