★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. We went to buy silver items for Lakshmi Pooja. When we entered 1st floor there were just 2 staff busy with other customers. The guy was still busy with a customer negotiating the price. Firstly the price of silver was 64 rupees per gram and they are quoting 69.5 grams per grams. For showing the Bangalore silver price the response "it just shows the price like that but cannot buy anywhere for that price". Along with that 3% GST, 7 and 10 % making charges for 2 items. Lady gave the price at first 36k. After a while the sales guy gave 37.7k as price. And the lady said she doesn't know the price correctly. Again the lady calculated the price and gave 38.8 k as price.
There is no single price or the price breakup shown.
They made us wait for 2.5 hours with no response correctly. Very unprofessional. We moved to next store where the prices were reasonable and matching Bangalore silver prices and we bought 50 grams more for 34k in 30 minutes. There are fake reviews all over and checkout photo which has accurate rating given by some other people last year and couple of years back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We don't have option to select below single star, Very unprofessional, talking very rudely especially with ladies , Today I been here to buy some silver items , the way they talked and interacted with customers will not happen even in an hotels ,. very worst shop and the items are also not seems to be very genuine , they are just claiming they are selling best quality product , but if you test the same outside you will get the same thing with very lowest price, today after visited here I been to another shop the same item I am able to get it with an difference of 400 per piece

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very nice experience, when I got married in 1999 nov, we had purchased all the gold from here only, now we are in 2022, still we are purchasing the gold from here only, gold we buy it's good with purity, i'm staying in ramamurthy nagar, still I preferred to buy in manohar jewellery only. Mr.Kamal is owner nice person. Without bill we can't buy any gold, all we buy they give the gst bill.
