★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the appartment in Badlapur having ground plus 7 floor building almost 20+ buildings and having lift to each of them two entrances one from opposite side of katrap school and another from Ganapati Mandir as well as at budda vihar end..
Backside has nice view of hills and small greenery jungle where people used to jogging in morning and evening as well.
New cement road construction is also going on to connect with panvel .!!!
One of the Nice places in East side of Badlapur...!!

Here we will get nice built quality, cleanliness, lot of walking & parking space (You can park your big volvo bus also), parks, fitness gym & club house. Securities along with cctv are awesome. Very close from badlapur railway station 1.5 km, walkable 10-15 minutes. 24 hours water supply. All members of society are co-operative, well educated & friendly. From balcony you have green big mountain view, nature view. It is near from katrap school. All facilities like general stores, stationary, market are nearby (In front of cmplex gate). Very great, healthy place for family. I will give 5 out of 5 stars.
