β β β β β 2 star for Structure, Atmosphere. It's grate for childrens and old people's to grow old. Nice place to stay, just quite far from Badlapur station. But I didn't gave 5 star because 2-3 of my relatives live there and during mansoon, the whole ground floor was under water when ulhas river flooded. So they suffered a lot because of that. In short it's great place but not at the right place.
