★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the good hospitals in our Nadia district which serves various needs under one roof. I found the doctor very caring and concerned which was worth the bill.
Most of the nurses were caring and some just did it as a job. Would recommend more love from those that just did it as a job.
Billing team can do better by giving customers certain discounts instead of squeezing out every penny possible from unwarranted charges. This will help generating goodwill and therefore increased business by repeat customers and word of mouth publicity.
Cleanliness was very good and that was one of the big positives of this hospital.
Overall I am happy with the services and would be happy to recommend others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service Reception behaviour too rude. I will register consumer court online case for misbehaving. The lady who was at enquiry desk was extremely rude. Get back to me within a week orelse I will take action accordingly. I will not tolerate such inhuman behaviour from hospital when the staff should understand the patients mental status. The lady denied to give her when I asked that I will complaint about her and worst part there were other staff who all were silent.

Without a single word he refunded.

A bit costly of their services that usual we get .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhealthy surroundings. Poor smelling rooms, not enough staff when needed, no one to attend Patient for majority of time.
Patient had to wait for 4 hours before admission,even though beds were available and paperwork was ready.
Most hospital staff are rude, not at all cooperating.
Chances are doctor won't even visit after operation.
Don't come here unless under dire circumstances.

Almost all kinds of pathological tests are done here. The nursing staffs are well trained and efficient. Emergency section is also very good.
I was satisfied with the overall service when my child was born here.
