I have worked there for more than 11 months. I am grateful that I have learnt a lot of things yet I regret joining this company.
If you are a client and want to give your website/ project then you are about to ruin your money and time. There are many hidden flaws which will cost you a lot and you will seriously regret it.
If you are an employee:
-They will use you until they get benefited by you.
-If you do good you will get more work but never expect for any monetary benifit.
-You will be forced to go to picnics(not free of cost).
-They are very unprofessional.
-If you are absent on Mondays or Saturdays, your salary will be deducted based on an extra day's tariff(even if you are not a permanent employee)
-Even if you work for them on Sundays without payment, they will consider that "you are not providing any backup."
-There is no extra payment for extra hours of work even if you give your extra time every day.
-They haven't cleared my hard-earned money yet even after giving commitment.
If you are reading this and still want to join or give your project to them you will see the consequences after a few months.
And all the reviews you are seeing are from official mail ids of the employees which they have access to. So all the positive reviews are fake
