Usually I don’t trust these local shops but due to lockdown AC and such home appliances were undeliverable from e-commerce companies.
I bought 1.5 ton DAIKIN 3* from this shop which found to be used & incomplete!! The salesman not only hide this thing from me but also tried to sale this as in high demand and non negotiable price.
When company guys came to instal the unit next morning they found one part missing in sealed box!!!
Also there were multiple stain spots of hands etc on external unit as shown in picture.
I rushed to the shop with this unit and raised with them....they agreed and changed the unit anyhow.
This experience again destroyed my trust on local shops and wanted to make aware fellow residents about this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.All the sales persons are having attitude as if they are working in high corporate.Once product sold they forget to give post sale service like installation of product.Donot waste time in visting this shop.
Not even for 1 rated.Dont blame now to Havells dealer.We are your customer not Havells directly.After so much followup from day till late evening along with change of lied status of sent person for installation the installation done.Made our day hectic and worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEAS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. SUCH STORES SHOULD BE BANNED FOR THE THERE UNPROFESSIONALISM.
I recently purchased a washing machine. They took cash from me and did not give the bill on the the same day. When the washing machine arrived it was absolutely UN PACKED. Moreover, I did not receive the bill. The vendor promised to me that they will give the bill on the next morning. But I had to chase them for three continuous days for the bill. Moreover, I also wanted the box in which the new machine should have been packed. It has been more than two weeks now, I keep chasing them for the original box and they keep coming up with lame reasons.
You might see some good reviews about this shop, but I think most of them are fake. I am a genuine costumer with a WORTHLESS EXPERIENCE. I am not even sure if they have given me new washing machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 1Ton split AC of 2022 make with delivery commitment on 3rd Apr 2022. No delivery done till 8pm after creating pressure at store they loaded outdoor unit of 2020 make and indoor of 2021 make. Couple of other customers also standing at store with delivery related issue.
Extremely mis-managed store.
Beware while purchasing any product from this store.
