★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked a flat here. And we had to cancel it afterwards. We informed the same ti executive who pitched us the sell. Since then, we are just following with for the refund of our money. Today after about 6 months of following the guys is telling me that we can not refund your money. Very bad behavior. Fraud people. If they can't refund why didn't he told me this at very first time when I asked him. Today he is telling me it's too late for us to file a refund. This is fishy. I'm going to go to.consumer forum as I have all the emails as a proof but guys don't trust mantra people they're highly unprofessional and fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will recommend to book the flat here. Nice flat with good amenities, good connectivity and value for money. But as promised the possession date if date was given by Sales executive on October 2019 but still no clue when it’s going to be delivered.
