★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing our experience with Ranjeet Developers, its already DEC 2016, yet still we have not received possession of flat, as it is being delayed by various reasons since last 2 years, while booking flat in 2012, the possession was promised to be given in June 2014, now the builder has promised to give possession on June 2017, after a delay of two and half years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agreed..Possession of the flat is delayed by 1.5 years..Multiple false commitments by the builder during this period. Not sure how and when the entire project of five buildings with amenities is going to complete.Lack of coordination is major issue.
