★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a heck and method to fool people. Unprofessional staff.. unrealistic price considering what they trying to provide on home size, quality and amenities. Better avoid this builder and specially this property. Many hidden items like maintenance. Just for basic maintenance for a 750 sqft House, they are asking 6k+ per month. Bad quality of existing house and their feedback are pathetic. It is waste to invest your hard earned money in this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a flat here about 2 weeks ago, the sales executive will give you false hopes that the possession is in 2022 before you do the booking, whereas the possession date as per RERA IS 2024, please be careful. I couldn't cancel the booking because it's a non refundable amount. They are dishonest when it comes to selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property Mantra Insignia is a okay okay investment but the staff is really bad. They are very sweet in Talking until you pay the 45k which they ask as a booking amount but once you pay it you will see there colors. Please beware of the staff as if you have any issues after paying the deposit then they will give you a set of rules which will all be in the favor of Mantra properties and there owners and you will be left helpless..! I have personally experienced a Fraud from the staff of Mantra and hence please beware.
When you will go to take the flat they will create a situation of panic that we are getting other calls for the same flat whichever you will like and hence in a hurry you will pay the 45k which you will definitely loose if you find any issue and that is the strategy of the mantra group...!

Also the number of total flats as compared to the plot area is very high. Lot of flats will lead to crowded common spaces and congested locality.
