★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my 1st visit here, i liked the project very much. All the amenities & add-on's that they are giving are really nice. The price that they are offering is also justified considering the work that they are doing over here. Got my family for the 2nd visit and finally decided to book a house over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ property looks good, only issue is road connectivity as of now. might get better in future. prices are way too expensive according to its location. only the floor layout is good, area is not at all good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time, I had a bandage to my hand and still the receptionist kept insisting to remove shoes first. How am I supposed to untie and tie the laces of the shoes with one hand. The builder can't afford cleaning staff at the sales office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice project. I have already bought a house with Unique Properties before in their Lohegaon project. I personally had a very nice experience of the developers regarding time, quality & commitment. So decided to visit other projects by Unique Properties. After seeing all the aspects like flat sizes, cost & legalities, i have decided to book another home with them as everything seems good. Overall, i am happy to buy a home with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the project plan and most importantly the arrangement of all rooms in 3 BHK flat of Grand. They are giving maximum usable area but price is too high compared to other projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have already booked the flat in Unique Legacy Royal. It is planned very well and usable space is good.Price is low compare to the other projects in Keshav nagar. Builder of this project Mr.Nikhil sir is very humble and supportive. I would recommend others to book a flat in this project.
