★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ventakesh Graffiti Housing Society is a really beautiful and peaceful place to live as it's filled with all modern day requirements such nice garden, kids play area, gym, plenty of parking space and different sports facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in the society since 2019, having 2 self owned flats. In summer previously not faced water shortages any. But after the construction of R& S wing, we all are facing badly water shortage almost frequently be it reusable or usable water from 2022 Holi festival which is just beginning of summer. It’s so much painful to see that builders has went on increasing the no of flats but did not even gave a single thought to increase the water resource.
So give a thought once before purchasing further in this society. I am posting this so that other people should not face the same situation which we are facing right now( * scarcity of water*)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying in VG for last eight months. Experience was good till the time summer started. Ever since there is severe water scarcity in this society. situation is so bad that water is hardly ever there. no updates on water availiability timings and you have to be constantly checking taps to check if water supply started . water comes at odd and random timings and if you miss the window you end up with no water for even basic needs. drinking water supply is also effected and we are buying drinking water.
committee does absolutely nothing as they want tankers to be in the range of 600 - 650 and not ready to buys water at higher rates.
Wont recommond to any one looking for rent/Buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice society overall but the approach road is not good as it's a single lane road which is very busy all the time.Saw a 2 bhk and found the construction to be good but too many houses on the same floor and the houses are a bit too small.

Living here since sept 2021.
It has all the basic amenities like gym, Swimming pool, table tennis ? play area for childrens.
One thing I hope they improve is the maintenance as most of the facilities are getting degrading faster.
