★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited the Mantri Pinnacle to buy a flat.
1. Structure has too many water leaks, inside master bedroom And Living area. also many air racks in the walls.
2. Builder has not transferred katha so far to buyers and no one has any idea on timelines
3. Only Gym (very small compared to the inventory that they have built) is functional
4. All other amenities no commitment on commencement
5. Banks are not funding for direct purchase from builder. Only second hand flats with only handful banks fund that too at higher rate of interest.
6. No Kaveri water Connection until now.
7. No RWA until now and maintenance cost will skyrocket once RWA is formed
8. Common areas are in bad shape, with many broken windows, Pigeon menace and other maintenance issues.

I really don't know 4 years lying same state. OC fire department clearance pending.we have to check with physical only. Visit office clear all u r queries and doubt....
