After a good craving for Dal-Pakwan, we finally decided to Google a good vendor and try it. We found Manu Bhai which highest feedback and an overall good feedback.
They have Dal-Pakwan, Dal-Puri and Halwa Puri and we tried them all. It was an awesome experience and even Quality wise it was good. Just make sure you keep cash as they won't accept Digital Payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal was served with aamli chatni.. Not very tasty as it's plain boiled dal. Felt like l am eating raw boiled dal. Fikka, no any taste. They add mirchi powder to get some spicy taste but not upto mark. Pakwan was crispy and good. They also give dal puri. Price is rs 40/- per plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today and this is my first try. Ya it is good and light to eat in morning. But it's not much as it is seen in hype. Atleast whoever has not eaten so they must try.
Dal was hot and very nicely cooked and boiled.
Pakwan was crispy and while eating it was soft.
The chutney is ya okay.
Halwa is sooji ka halwa which is nice for diabetic person. It has less sugar. Texture is very soft.

Had Dal-Pakwan for Rs 40. I would rate it average. The pakwan was crispy as it should be, also flaky. The dal was was a bit bland, which might not be a bad thing at least for people like me who prefer non-spicy stuff for breakfast. Worth visiting if in A'bad. See attached pics.
