★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very basic place for bed n breakfast kind of accomodation, overlooks a beautiful colony park with abundance of sunlight, chirping birds and no traffic sound at all. Service is slow but you can't expect much from this setup, it's just the right if you want a quite place to stay, which is decently clean and well located. Zomato riders will be happy to locate you here also don't miss to order from Jughead's a local joint situated nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only the location is good but the hotel is too old. It will make you feel like you are in a very old property. The manager is very helpful but the rooms are not upto that mark.
Neighbouring area is good and there is an old Masjid as well (unexplored) .
If you are above 45 then you can consider staying here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and great price. The room on the terrace has a beautiful view. Other rooms on lower floors have a beautiful community drawing room that's well maintained and a great place to relax during evenings. The property manager is a wonderful and friendly guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Guest House is located in a gated Colony (Neeti Bagh) overlooking the Main Park with lots of birds chirping around, away from the hustle and bustle of a commercial place. It is clean and having helpful staff, well located with cab and auto services around. The Manager, Mr Sunit, is quite helpful, knowledgeable and an interesting person to begin a conversation with. His comments and advice gives the guest a homely feel to the place. Food is great and tastes home cooked. Enjoyed the stay with my family. Would highly recommend for a budget traveller interested to stay in a serene environment.
