★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely extremely unprofessional behavior. It was our first time experience with the designer and our first ever biggest mistake that we hired them for our new home. They are callous and no one on ground level has any technical knowledge. Me and my husband are just tired following up with them for small small issues. No sense of responsibility what so ever. No one reverts to the calls. Not even the owner.
Me and my husband are running around and getting things done..for everthing..literally everthing!
I am writing this after given them weeks of chances to improvise but my last resort was to review here on a social media.
Anyone looking to hire them can please speak to me before doing so. Have loads ans loads to write. But we are extremely tired. Better we would have hired an individual contractor. Can share my number if required.
For them it may be one unhappy client...but for us it is the only house we bought.

MarksDzyn are the worst in business and set the lowest standards in every aspect:
1. Pricing: They are too expensive. The only thing that lures people is design consultation seems cheaper but that’s a trap. DO NOT FALL INTO IT. They are too over-priced, don’t buy furniture, wallpapers from them. I cancelled a lot of items when I researched a bit on my own.
2. Designing: Pallavi managed my designs, and once I did the payment, she would not return your calls, the designs were changed at the last minutes without asking and I had to finally compromise at the end. I don’t think she has knowledge about designing. The laminate color was changed because vendor could not find the exact colour on one fine afternoon, however it did not matter whether it matched with the theme or not. Designing is done keeping in mind the maximum profit company can make.
4. Site supervision: There was no one to supervise my site for more than 2 months because their site manager switched companies to LivSpace. But they did not assign any site manager for this period which was strange and all I get were excuses like, there were rains in the last month, so nobody could visit your site.
5. Furniture: Abhishek managed my furniture vendor, and let me tell you, he does not know anything about designing, furniture material and he was a nightmare when it came to explaining the right design to the vendor. But most importantly, he does not know how to coordinate, would not pick your calls for days, and would not give any updates.
6. Timelines: MarksDzyn is beyond timelines. I had to reschedule my Griha Pravesh 2 times because they slipped by around 2 months even after assuring me that they won’t slip anymore.
7. Vendors: Internally, vendors told me that they also don’t like how Marks Dzyn style of work, however they themselves were very inefficient. There was a lot of work which I had to get completed with other vendors myself at the end. Furniture vendor was pathetic and changed the designs to very simplistic designs.
