★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality, good selection of clothes. Their lingerie particularly, is highly recommended. Very attentive and courteous staff. Some items are a tad expensive, but that's to be expected with the quality. Not all the trial rooms have a stool, so if u need one while trying on trousers, check first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week by oversight I had made a wrong purchase at Marks n Spencer SGS Mall. When I brought this to the attention of their Section Manager Ms Supriya she was so courteous and immediately agreed to take it back today. I visited their Stores again and was accorded her kind courtesy and she refunded the entire cost of the item. It is indeed a breath of fresh air to have this treatment meted out. Thanks once again Ms Supriya I look forward to my continued shopping at M & S.
