★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetically managed store.. bought a track pant on 15th August and realised its damaged... went back to the store and had a conversation with the manager asking him the exchange policy.. must say a very arrogant and rude person.. somehow managed to get a slip with a promise that i would get a status call within 10 days.. i believe the manager at the sgs store is called swaminarayan.. upon giving them a call since i did not get a status update for more than 10 days, i was again spoken to very rudely.. he mentioned that he has no idea whats the status.. i asked him to check on it and call me back.. unfortunately recieved no call..
Called them today and the call was received by again by MR swami narayan who had 0 courtesy and was rude again.. as soon as i introduced myself he was like ' aapne kal hi phone kiya hai aur koi status nahi hai' i just started to revert on his comment and he handed over the phone to his colleague.. so unprofessional and horrible!!!
I have spent 2500 for a track pant which i dont have and also been treated badly..
I wonder how such big brands can afford to hire such sales people and be so laid back with a defected piece!
