★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work shop employees created an impression as if they are going to offer honest, prompt and efficient service. But the experience. I was told to wait in the lounge for over 4 hours whereas Maruti service schedules prescribe a time limit of 1 to 1-1/2 hours. I kept on watching in the workshop through the glass window provided in the lounge and my car did not enter this area but the automatic display on the update screen provided in lounge indicated after 3 and half hours that the car was ready after all the works related with first free service. When approach the counter, I was left in kutch that the car is in wash area and should be ready soon. Apparently, as seen and experienced the car has not been router through the workshop for desire works except for cleaning and washing as the condition of the car was as good as new because it had hardly fone any running. Pantry staff was very kind to keep supplying coffee/tea as required by customers with a TV provided for passing time during a long wait without any such requirement.
