★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever this guys are just looting money on the name of Maruti service centre this guys even don’t have the parts of my vehicle I went to this showroom 20/01/2022 they are just writing vehicle parts and asking me to go to market and buy it from city motors or Anand motors distributor and after buying those parts give it to service centre mechanic and than those mechanic will fix the part and they are charging very very high labour charge they had charged me 7500 just labour charge for putting those parts of just 2500 in my car means there labour is much more expensive than Maruti genuine parts so I would advice all my friends to get your work done at local centre which will be best because than also you need to bring parts from outside rather giving Maruti service centre labour charge of rs 7500 for just 2 hours of work you can get a good mechanic around rs 2000 who can repair your car through out the day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went for my Dzire car service and damage repair to MyCar. But their services are pathetic and worst than the local mechanic. They are no longer authorized to Maruti.
They damaged my car paint. I found stains of putty, paint all over the car after repair. Very bad interior and scratches on some parts of the car.
Their manager Sunil also doesn't know how to handle the customer. Workshop mechanic Rahil is also very bad for overlooking the work done. Most importantly, Manju Garg (owner) of the Mycar also will make false promises to fix up the things but she doesn't care of customer service.
I would suggest that never ever go to My car Bhopal otherwise your vehicle will be damaged and you will deal with very unprofessional people.
They mention that they are Maruti authorized on their job slip. But they are not. They are scammers. Stay away!!
