★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased Hyundai Creta which is in huge demand and I like the way how both sales and service team have provided their services and made the overall deal and transaction smooth, and I am happy and satisfied with the Car.
The only thing where i faced lil challenges is on the accessories part. As there might be crunch with the accessories from the provider to the showroom, i faced some delays on the committed time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Buy Any Car From These People Prefer Any Other Dealer
I bought my Xuv 300 from them I was given a faulty vehicle by them.
I have been getting the same issue for over a year now! They took my car for repair three times consecutively within a period of one week. Each time they returned the vehicle with confidence that these issues shall not come again but to my surprise the car shut down the very next day each time.
They’ve even put only one service record instead of the three in their app and online record just to hide their Incapabilities and maintain a clean record. Their manager is also involved in the racket and take no responsibility for their faulty and trash vehicle. I’ve had to travel via cab to my work place even after buying a fifteen lakh rupees vehicle from them which has led me to face humiliation at multiple occasions. They currently have my vehicle for over 2 weeks and counting, as I write this. My car had no mechanical failure but an electrical one which they have failed to resolve terribly. Bringing me to conclusion that their engineers are incapable of resolving the issue and are unqualified and untrained for their jobs.
I Do Not Want The Trashy Car Back Now as this issue isn’t gonna resolve itself in the hands of these unscrupulous people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got the delivery late and when we got it, it had scratches all over it. The people at the showroom had the logic that it's a black car and irrespective of the fact that it's new, we have to accept it. However, since we insisted, they polished it afterwards. The Bluetooth of the car wasn't working perfectly as well.
During the second service, they tried fixing it but were not able to. I am giving four stars because when we reported the same, they sent the technician to our address and got all the problems fixed. Although, initially I wasn't satisfied but they have a proactive customer care team which resolves issues quickly.
