★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my car malviya nagar from bhopal on 07 march 2018...They committed me to give car in nav durga.....Dats why I booked dzire instead of Hyundai i20....Bt sir they didn't give me till today......They are always making me fool that your car is about to come within 3 4 days.....I keep waited from many days but none of the executive give me proper detail......I m really disappointed by maruti suzuki dealers..Please yar koi bhi yahan booking mat karna.....Farzi showroom hai.....M pareshaan hua hu bahut koi aur mat hona.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went for my Dzire car service and damage repair to MyCar. But their services are pathetic and worst than the local mechanic. They are no longer authorized to Maruti.
They damaged my car paint. I found stains of putty, paint all over the car after repair. Very bad interior and scratches on some parts of the car.
Their manager Sunil also doesn't know how to handle the customer. Workshop mechanic Rahil is also very bad for overlooking the work done. Most importantly, Manju Garg (owner) of the Mycar also will make false promises to fix up the things but she doesn't care of customer service.
I would suggest that never ever go to My car Bhopal otherwise your vehicle will be damaged and you will deal with very unprofessional people.
They mention that they are Maruti authorized on their job slip. But they are not. They are scammers. Stay away!!
