★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it used to be good but now below things are degraded.
1. Washing/ cleaning
2. Pathetic service - no professionalism in any department.
3. They will generalise all issue and will Not know exact issue of problems.
4. Experience with Workshop is also not satisfactory.
5. Please check your bill before paying, differences can be clearly visible and few nominal items are chargeable even if services are free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All are good with this place -car options, services, claim desk, accessories section etc.
They attend all concerns very politely & genuinely. One thing I disliked was their finance partners. It was not their own but as they allow Sundaram finance to sit in their offices, its joint accountability. If you can afford to buy with down payment, don't go for loan, particularly with SF. Otherwise its good place to visit for Maruti vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud fraud....I have purchased dzire in 2017 from this showroom. Around six months ago I gave my car for servicing and they have change my car's rear tyres..... Be alter while giving them your car......they are frauds.you can see the difference in my rear and front tyres. My car just runs 19000 km only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They are experts in creating new problems in your car, their mechanics are very careless. And because of their poor work and poor fitting your car will soon get a new problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are fraud. I have visited the workshop as AC was not working. Technician and service advisor told me that compressor was not working they have given me estimate of 25000.
Then I visited coolway in MP nagar they simply changed coils and refil gas. In just 3800.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service , once you've bought the vehicle from them then their job will be over... you'll always be disappointed by their workshop services.
If you've a hatchback car then they'll start taking u granted and will disappoint you in every way.
Some employees are nice but some are just mannerless and low experienced.
I had 2 bad experience with rajrup motor, will not recommend for a quick service.

Second car service was not up to the mark. now time for the third free service let's see.
