★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not that good. My service estimate was around 4000₹ and I got the bill of amount 7500₹ that too without oil change... Few items which actually doesn't make any sense which they added in the bill like, 1) they charge me for 3 bulbs how come in a single day 3 bulbs can go bad, 2) next is they charge me for wiper water liquid which is not present actually 3) they charged me for break pad cleaning when actually I replaced the break pad. Also I have informed them and waited for a week, but nobody from Maruti Care point turned up. When I asked about so much bill they easily agreed to reduce some amount. Even person didn't shown me all the replaced items.
I am increasing my rating as owner is really a kind and good person. He talked to me and took action against that person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its my fault that I did not read the reviews of this service center earlier and now I am repenting for my mistake. I was charged an exorbitant fees of ₹26743/- for my car's service and even after they took three days the work done was incomplete cause after returning home, to my dismay I found some of the settings in my car was not working properly and I had to take my car there again. They are too incompetent and with their incompetence they are dragging the reputation of Maruti through mud. They don't deserve even one star. I had given my car on 27/12/2020 and today is 04/01/2021 and now within a week I am facing issues with my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - After confirming with them I gave my i10 car for normal servicing. They informed that they have authroized service center at Jagtap dairy for Hyundai and servicing will be done properly. I gave my car only after they confirmed that they will give it back the same day by evening.
- I gave my car in morning around 11 AM and informed about 2-3 minor things that need to be taken care of along with normal servicing.
- The advisor called me around 4 PM in the evening and stated that the is brake switch is not working and it will take a day or 2 to order the same and they will return my car after that. I informed them to leave the brake switch thing and just get the normal servicing done.
- The car was collected in the night around 8PM. As it was already pretty delayed and I was in a hurry so did not check everyhting inside out.
- The 2-3 things which were asked were not fixed and I think they just washed the car from inside and gave it to me. Later when I checked my trunk, even that was not cleaned/washed. So even the washing was not done properly.
- I should have read the reviews before trusting this dealer.

I had a good experience here. I had damaged my rear bumper and I need it changed.
They were very efficient, I gave it in the afternoon and got it fixed and delivered the very next day. They even washed the car and cleaned it all up and gave it to me.
The whole process is fast and smooth. I wouldn't mind visiting them again.

But they pester alot by calling even after telling them that I am not in town. Once they get your no., they feel that they have the right to spam you anytime they feel like. It's only for this reason I will never service there again.
