β β β β β These people do not value others time and there is no proper communication between staffs. I paid extra money for urgent parcel, after calling them about 15 times in a day they finally delivered the parcel. I could have missed my exam and money as well because of their carelessness.

β β β β β Our courier was with them for 2 days and they didn't deliver it. We thought it would be because of the lockdown so we hired services to pickup the courier from their location. But they were not picking up the calls. We had 3 numbers, two of them were switched off and the last one whoch was their office no. was barred.
