★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional. Why do we pay extra and use courier service instead of post office speed post? We expect that courier service will deliver quicker.
I had sent a courier from Varanasi to Gurgaon. It didn't reach its destination in a week which is pathetic. After lots of calls to their customer service, I tracked down my package location. The package was lying at their Gurgaon office for around 4 days. My relative had to visit their Gurgaon office which was around 30 km away from his residence to collect the package.
Customer service is pathetic. Most ofter their telephone lines are busy. If you are lucky it may ring but if you are super lucky only then your call will answered. Employees on the phone lines were rude.
Only use this courier if you are feeling super lucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services please never book any consignment through them. customer support are worst then there courier services you cannot reach them easily if your call gets connected these people don’t know how to talk to customers. I beg u guys plz never waste your time with these guys they are not there to help u they will torture you for you consignment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate them -10 if that was available. They take 10 days to deliver document including local couriers within the city. For each courier you will have to follow with them, else they would return is mentioning address not found or other bogus reason.
Don't use them. Don't have any customer service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever seen. They help sellers in commiting fraud. They issue bilty to sellers without receiving consignment. Then when you track on website it shows invalid no. When u contact seller they will give u courier agent number. He wont reapond you. When you for e them and warn them of legal action then they will book consignment. They are real frauds.
