★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a showroom cum service center of Maruti Suzuki Cars by Ace Kudale. Showroom is Large and precious. Sales staff provide proper information. I bought Alto 800. Regarding service center and workshop, staff is very helpful and attentive. They provide pick and drop facility for servicing. Claim settlement Staff is also good and provide you faster resolution.

Bad Experience, these people dont deserve many customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is worse than a government office. They will call you number of times and send sms when it comes to paid service. After booking an appointment this morning I took my car for paid service plus some other work I needed, plus some accessories fitment. After waiting for 35 mins, there was no one to attend. I went in and asked at the counter. They sent me first to the body shop, waited there for another 15 mins, noone attended. Then someone asked me to go to the accessories dept. Again the same story. As long as its the basic services get it done (my first paid service returned the car with AC problem a few months ago). Sincere advice, get your car to some other place, if you want a one stop service and the return of your time and money.

I got my Swift inspected in person at this showroom and got quote from TruValue.
After a week, I visited to do the transaction. Also confirmed the quote on phone before visiting. These people at the time of actual documentation in showroom took u turn and mentioned that car value quote was given wrongly and new quote is now 50 thousand less.
Never trust this showroom. Don't know how Maruti is tolerating such unprofessional people and dealer.
I suggest to go to other showroom or cars24.
