The Arena showroom in Mayapuri was the first showroom established by DD Motors in the year 1996. DD Motors is an authorised dealership for Maruti Suzuki cars, services, and genuine spare parts. The establishment is spread over an area of 3600 square yards. Since its inception, DD Motors has now spread to span a presence in west, south, and north Delhi, Uttarakhand, Dehradun, and Haryana. The dealership encompasses seven Arena showrooms, three True Value outlets, and five NEXA showrooms, along with nine workshops and seven body shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my Brezza LXI delivered yesterday. The car was in perfect condition with all accessories installed.
I did a thorough inspection, and everything was as expected.
They have a nice touchscreen using which one can check how each car accessory looks after getting installed. I found this quite useful to decide the accessories I wanted to bug.
I would like to give a special acknowledgement to Mr Vinod. I had been in constant touch with him since the time I booked my car. He was very approachable, and knowledgeable. One of the reasons I booked from your showroom and not from a dealer near my place is because of this (the knowledgeable staff). All my doubts were answered, and that helped me make a more informed decision about my purchase. I also had lot of queries regarding getting a BH number, Mr. Vinod not only helped me answer all of them, but also made sure that I got the number. Getting this special number was a big concern for me as I have a job which involves moving between cities. So I was quite relieved and happy when I finally got one. Extremely happy with service.

We bought a new car from the same showroom with extra 5 years warranty on it, after around 1 yr and 5300 miles on it, we faced an issue with our AC system, and we have been told that gas is leaked and we wont charge for the labor but we ( customer) will be paying for the gas.
After 1 week of multiple visits there by my old parents, they fixed the AC, charged us for Rs1700 ( which has 1400 of labor charge- didn't follow their own commitment), and also wanted to do insurance fraud- which we denied.
I will be taking legal actions on them, but wanted to write this so that others don't get cheated. Do not visit them.
