★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge you 3500 in the name of premium oil and 1300 for regular and i also found many issues with billing, when i came back to home with my bill and added up the sum it doesn't add up to the amount i paid, mayapuri magic auto delhi is a bad place for you card dont go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 21st, October 2021 I have renewed my car Policy from Magic Auto Mayapuri. At the time of online payment their sales Executive committed that they will courier the hard copy of the policy within 3-4 days along with one complimentary gift like perfume, but till today 09th Nov 2021, I didn't receive the policy. I am regularly chasing them but no positive response has yet been received from them. Very unprofessional and careless people. I have faced the Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had my car serviced at this Maruti suzuki Service Magic Auto, in my entire life this is the worst service that I had received. The people working in this place are careless and are not professional in their conduct. First, I had a lot of issues with the insurance claim because they charged me unnecessarily despite the whole cost being covered in insurance. After a lot of discussions and clarifying with many people they finally understood and then reduced the charges from my bill.
Then, at the time of delivery of my vehicle I performed final check and found that the side view mirror was removed by someone from within the body shop. From all this you can guess what kind of an unprofessional and careless people work in their workshops. If you want peace of mind and proper service of your vehicle look for other service centres.
Atrocious service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to get a good quality service of your vehicle. Good and professional staff. Good quality spare parts are available here.
The only concern I have is their charges are on little higher side.
But overall it's get your car in a good shape. I personally liked their services except prices!

This workshop has got whole bodyshop on contract and they don't even know how to repair the car. Extreme poor workmanship. At first they damaged my car in their workshop so unprofessional people. Later when they repaired it the job was extreme poor and very disappointing. My car was just 1.7 years old scratch less condition and the hit the car into 4 other cars. Such unprofessional people. These guys are good for nothing the service is extreme level poorest. I would suggest you to visit DD MOTORS INSTEAD of this poor and money making monsters. None of the management will listen to you if your work done was poor.
Else it is your choice but u will regret after visiting this workshop once
