★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre some staff member are worst of the worst named as “Mr. Nandlal” he took my bike to service after service a day my engine oil get leaked bcoz he dint put a new clutch kit into it although service centre charged me for that new clutch kit , after that i went showroom to complain against him so manager cooperated with me & scold him but still “Mr nandlal” passed a smile (very shameful), this service centre is a hub of loot once you reach thr for normal service they spread you kind of a fear saying that your bike need that n this kind of a service after all this nonsense they give you a huge amount of bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally rubbish workshop. 0 rating when comes to servicing and 10 rating when comes to collecting huge payment.
I am regretting visiting to this service center. Paid 4k on the name of full servicing and was assured that there will be no issue at all with my motorcycle but within 30 days my motorcycle had problems in both breaks (front and rear), oil leakage in front socker, rear tyre was strucking somewhere while driving and many more.
I had to visit a local motorcycle shop to get it repaired properly. In additional I had to spent more money to get my motorcycle in proper condition.
A waste of money and time here. O star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't begin to express my disappointment with this service center, the professionalism is absolutely rubbish, no value for customer's time and after a number of chances I have decided that I will not shell out a single penny to this dealer in my life ever again. I usually do not care about writing reviews but my last experience has compelled me to write one.
If a well-known customer is reading this, please please suggest me the best Yamaha service center in New Delhi. I am looking for the user-experience and service quality and really want to sit back as my vehicle visits the service center. I am sick and tired to using my energy to followup and point at things which need fixing. I need a service center that treats my vehicle as their own and do justice to the technology Yamaha products deliver.
My experience: I had met with an accient wherein my vehicle took a hit from behind by an SUV with a reckless driver. I had applied for a claim at this service center to which I am thankful to have my bike picked up by its people. The vehicle was delivered to me 6 days past the commited timeline with no answer to my followup calls (absolutely unacceptible) and when I decided tat I will make a surprise visit, the work was not complete. They made me wait another 2 hours whil they carried on the needed part change, washing, etc. Absolutely no regard for customer's time. Their delay in timelines has costed me an additional Rs. 2,300 on petrol as I had to use my car. 3 days after finally collecting my bike from them, a fuse box was hanging my the side of the vehicle, waiting to fall off on the road. Again a Sunday evening wasted in making the service center visit and found that the belt which holds the battery was MISSING. IT WAS BLOODY MISSING, are you even serious about your work!? Another cable tie missing on the handle bar. I mean, it is literally visible as soon as you sit on the bike, the cable tie is missing. I really DO NOT WANT TO PUT ANY EFFORT in maintaining my bike. All I ask is take the money and give the experience I expect, I dont want to put my brains to work, I swear.
Still looking for the best Yamaha service center that justifies the cost of service.
