★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While booking the car they mentioned Insurance by CIPL under Accessories details and taking directly sign from customer without inform them, same happened with extended warranty and it's optional.
But as per rules taking insurance from a dealer isn't mandatory and since it's way more than the amount quoted by a direct insurance partner.
And now they are refused to remove insurance from the checklist and requested me to cancel my booking.
Request you to please alert while booking the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most useless dealer of Maruti Suzuki vehicles in Pune. Had booked a vehicle with them since September 2021 and couldn't be delivered till march 2022. Not a single call to follow up neither from their customer care or even the showroom or sales team, they were not able to deliver the vehicle till date also. You need to request them also for a refund of you own payment made during booking after will they may need 4 to 5 working days. The manager at the showroom also is very rude and has no respect for customers. Personally would never recommend anyone to do any purchases from them.
