★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever . I Booked a swift test drive and now it's more then 15 days till today I have not got a test drive . They said while booking test drive that the very next day you'll drive the test drive car . They will call and reach you in your location . What happened are they stuck in traffic since last 15 days ????? . Disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew very less to appraise anything in life.Still most people love to be in touch with me always. So far as my vehicle buying experience with Jyote Motors is concerned, I loved their way of approach which is not only highly professional but also found the is personal touch . Even their sales force arranged a demo vehicle to my doorstep , around 30kms distance from their showroom. Wish that , they & their staff grow to extreme heights even in such an adverse pandemic period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad bought a Maruti Swift 2018 model Car from your store in November 2019. Till, June 2021, the car was showing no problems. But, on 10 July 2021, while driving the car, my dad stopped it by the road for a while. But, after that when he tried to start the car again, the car simply did not start. He tried many times but he did not succeed. Plus, the coolant red sign was also showing up on the speedometer (A new Car BOUGHT FROM YOUR STORE is showing this problem). I called up your customer care number. She gave the phone number of a service center mechanic in Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar (Dad was there 78 kilometers from Bhubaneswar, stranded on a highway, with this defective piece). The mechanic's phone number was not at all active (it said 1st recharge, then incoming calls will be accepted). That day, we somehow got the radiator changed (NEW CAR, OKAY , NEW CAR BOUGHT FROM YOUR STORE). Today again after a 200 kilometer trip, the engine DID NOT START. Now, I fail to understand why? Tell me frankly, should a new car inspite of being serviced as per rules show this much problems???? Why do you folks just sell such defective pieces?? Do you do so just because you have a huge brand name?? Please, please do something, so that one can run the car without any ado/problem and please DO NOT DECEIVE CUSTOMERS by selling such defective pieces.
