Mandovi did not work for me, it may work for others. After couple of bad experience I highly not recommend it to anyone. Mandovi is similar to govt office.
Negative things:
1) 2% extra charges apply on card transactions, debit\credit doesn't matter, extra 2k\per lakh unaccounted.
2) For every accessory that you buy from showroom they charge extra labour on top of accessorie price. This applies for every accessorie that you buy.
Example: you buy a spoiler and music system from showroom then 2 labour charges apply that is unaccounted (no bills provided)
3) my old car was valued 42% less compared to other showrooms.
True value is a mess. I am really surprised how are they even surviving with this pathetic service. (Guess its working out due to brand name Maruti)
Positive things:
1) Hospitality - CCD coffee\tea if you are interested
2) Kind CRM's
